APPLICATION: PTM Vision 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:   PlussPay - Vision is not creating the Fullsteam DBF and FPT files during installation

1. Access PTM Vision 

2. Select Services/Features

3. Enter 5,77 in the Search field.  Select Enter.  

4. Select to check Feature, select OK

1. Select Services/Pluss Payments/Install Payment Processing. 

2. Select Yes to Download updated files. Download Successful message displays.  Select OK

3. Select Services/Pluss Payments/Configure Payment Processing

4. Enter Server, Auth User, Auth Secret, Merchant User, Exe Path, and the Data Path.

5. Select Services/Pluss Payments/Configure User Settings

6. Select Virtual Terminal and Network Terminal checkboxes and enter the Network Terminal ID.  Select OK to save

7. Select Virtual Terminal and Network Terminal checkboxes and enter the Network Terminal ID.  Select OK to save

8. Select Services/Pluss Payments/Configure Online Users

9. Select F2-New

10. Enter the Username, First & Last name, Email, and Phone.  Select the Features and enter the Merchant 1 Account.  Select OK
