PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Backup - If Profile contains spaces, the backup errors

  1. Access Vision/Profiles folder 

  2. Copy and paste a Profile where it is appended as - Copy

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select U, L, B to run a Complete Backup

  3. At the end of the Backup, all Profiles are copied into the Backup folder

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select File/Time Clock

  3. Select a Tech

  4. Select the Inhouse orders button

  5. Select an Inhouse order

  6. Select the Login button

  7. Select the Parts/Labor tab and double-click on the Parts

    1. Verify the Calculator is shown
