Bug 23101 - Open Orders/Batch Order Processing: Orders processed to the New tab (Pluss Commerce, Aurora eCommerce, PhaseZero) cannot be marked for batch processing

APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Open Orders/Batch Order Processing

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Orders processed to the New tab (Pluss Commerce, Aurora eCommerce, PhaseZero) cannot be marked for batch processing

*** Testing only required if using one of the following integrations: Pluss Commerce, PhaseZero, Aurora eCommerce; Otherwise, no testing is required***

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select the New tab

  4. Line up on an order and select Ctrl+B. Tag/Untag Batched Orders - Verify the order is marked for Batch billing

  5. Select F6. Options/R. Batched Order Processing

  6. Select A. Process Batched Orders

  7. Select Yes to the dialog that states "Proceed to process batched orders?"

    1. Verify the tagged orders are processed correctly

  1. Access PTM Vision with Aurora Features enabled

  2. Open the following location in File Explorer:  Copy a file or two from C:_VISION_SERVICES_INBOX_PIP_RO_Open_History

  3. Paste the files to C:_VISION_SERVICES_INBOX_PIP_RO_Open

  4. Select the green External Actions button at the bottom of the window.  

  5. Select the Green Orders button

  6. The Vendor Row ID should be large enough to contain 40 characters

  4. Select F10. Search
