Access PTM Vision

Select O. Open Orders
-
Select the Work Orders tab
-
Select F2. New Order
-
Enter Customer Account Number
-
In the Input field, enter an Inventory item or Labor operation
-
Select Ctrl+F6. Create Deposit
-
In the Memo field, enter a Memo#
-
In the Deposit amount field, enter an amount
-
Change the Type to CARD
-
Select Ok
-
Select Yes to the dialog that states "For Card Payments, 'CC#' is required in the Memo field. CC# will be added to the beginning of your Memo field"

Select Ok on the Deposit utility window
-
If prompted, select Yes to the dialog that states "Card on file. Would you like to use stored credit card?"
-
If not prompted, select Payment type from menu and entered Credit card details when prompted
-

Select F8. Select on desired Credit Card
-
Select A. Point of Sale - Card Present
-
Select Yes to print Deposit receipt
-
Verify no error occurs and the Deposit receipt is printed successfully
