  2. Select O- Open Orders

  3. Select an Open Order with Parts and/or Labor

  4. Select Alt F7-Print Bill/Close

  5. Select C-Pay by Credit Card

  6. Run Card in Terminal

  7. Success Message.

Bug 23109 - Open Orders: Error occurs when printing a Deposit added to an order if MobilePay/Mobile Inventory are not active

APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Open Orders/Deposits

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Error occurs when printing a Deposit added to an order if MobilePay/Mobile Inventory are not active

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select the Work Orders tab

  4. Select F2. New Order

  5. Enter Customer Account Number

  6. In the Input field, enter an Inventory item or Labor operation

  7. Select Ctrl+F6. Create Deposit

  8. In the Memo field, enter a Memo#

  9. In the Deposit amount field, enter an amount

  10. Change the Type to CARD

  11. Select Ok

  12. Select Yes to the dialog that states "For Card Payments, 'CC#' is required in the Memo field. CC# will be added to the beginning of your Memo field"

  13. Select Ok on the Deposit utility window

  14. If prompted, select Yes to the dialog that states "Card on file. Would you like to use stored credit card?"

    1. If not prompted, select Payment type from menu and entered Credit card details when prompted

  15. Select F8. Select on desired Credit Card

  16. Select A. Point of Sale - Card Present

  17. Select Yes to print Deposit receipt

    1. Verify no error occurs and the Deposit receipt is printed successfully
