  1. In the Vision directory, select and open the FullsteamData folder.  Note the number of files.

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select O-Open Orders 

  3. Open an Open Order 

  4. Select Alt-P-Print Bill/Close

  5. Select C-Pay by Credit Card

  6. At this point, the FullsteamData folder should only contain the last seven days of log files.  Anything older has been deleted.  

  7. To access Logs older than seven days, Select Services/Pluss Payments/View Log

  4. Click to open the Part detail page.  Enter numerous Control Characters (Alt1 thru Alt31) and select OK

  5. The control characters should be removed prior to saving the data to file.

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select the Work Orders tab

  4. Select F2. New Order

  5. Enter Customer Account Number

  6. In the Input field, enter a Non-Inventory part number and press enter

  7. Select X to access Item details

  8. Add Cost ($200) and Core Cost ($10) and select Ok to add

  9. Select yes to back order/enter valid supplier

  10. Enter 2 for the Cores the customer returned

  11. Select Alt+F7. Print

  12. Select Ok to the Caution prompt

  13. Select Yes to Print bill and close

    1. Verify a prompt that states "IMPORTANT: Move Amount Due ($XX.XX) to New Order as a Deposit?" is shown

  14. Select Yes to the prompt that states "IMPORTANT: Move Amount Due ($XX.XX) to New Order as a Deposit?"

    1. Verify the back orders have been moved to the new order, along with the Core charge

  1. Access PTM Vision. 

  2. Select the File Menu and Timeclock.

  3. Select Setup and verify the Ability to add Parts/Labor is selected Yes.  Select Save and Close.

  4. Select Technician 

  5. On the Wo# Tab, in the Search field, enter A work order number.

  6. Click the work order and select Login and select Yes to log in.

  7. After a minute or so, select Logout.  

  8. Select Close/Save on the Log out Screen.

  9. Select Parts/Labor Tab.

  10. Select Setup Parts.

  11. Highlight a Part and select the Add to Group button.

  12. Select Close Form.  The part displays on the Parts/Labor screen.

  13. Click the new part.

  14. A message displays Unable to locate time for Technician preventing selection of the Part.

  3. Select the Work orders tab

  4. Select F11-View Open/Closed

  5. Go to the bottom of the list and note the Order Number of a work order where Open is N

  6. ESC back to the main menu.  From the File Menu, select TimeClock 

  7. Select a Technician

  8. Open the WO# tab and enter the noted closed Work order number in the Search box.  Select Enter

  9. No results will return.

  6. Update the date and select Ok

    1. Verify the correctly updated date is shown in the Features grid

  5. Select the Esc key on the keyboard

    1. Verify a prompt that states "Would you like to save changes?"

  6. Once you are returned to Vision, Select Services/Features

  7. Select Yes to close windows and load features

  8. In the Search field, enter PREVENTIVE and change the Notification days on feature (3,90) and select Ok

    1. Verify the change to the feature was saved properly

  2. Select C. Customer File

  3. Select Ctrl+U. Units

  4. Line up on a Unit that has Preventative Maintenance attached

  5. Select F12. PM Service

  6. Line up on a record and select F5. Delete

    1. Verify that on the Pluss Commerce site for this Customer, the remaining Preventative Maintenance schedules are still shown online and only the one schedule has been removed
