PROBLEM SUMMARY:  When emailing a customer aging report from Vision, the text in the name field appears wrapped

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select C. Customer File

  3. Select F10. Search and enter a Customer

  4. Select F7. Print

  5. Select E. Aging Report

  6. Enter a GL Account and select Ok to generate the report

  7. Select the Email button

  8. Enter an email address and select Send

    1. Verify when the email is received and opened, the Names are properly displayed

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select V. Vendors

  3. Select F10. Search and find a Vendor with open Accounts Payable records

  4. Select Yes to the prompt that states “Are you sure you want to delete this Vendor?”

  5. Select F5. Delete

    1. Verify a prompt is shown that states “This Vendor has linked Accounts Payable records and cannot be deleted. Before deleting, please move all associated AP records to another Vendor.”

    2. Verify the Vendor is not deleted

Open the visionuiconfig.txt file

Update the FontName = CALIBRI and Global Font = 16.  Save the file 

Access PTM Vision 

Select C-Customer

Select Ctrl U-Units

Enter a 17 alpha numeric Vin Number in the Vin# field.  

Vin# field displays correctly.

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Need to fix prompt wording

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select C. Customer File

  3. Select Ctrl+U. Units

  4. Select F2. New

  5. Enter a Unit Id and select Ok

  6. In the VIN field, enter a valid 17 digit VIN#

    1. A Valid VIN must meet the following criteria:

      1. must be 17 digits

      2. Only characters or numbers From A-Z or 0-9

      3. Must pass a checksum algorithm that is designed into all valid VIN #'s

  7. Select the Search icon

    1. Verify if an invalid VIN is entered, the Search is discontinued

    2. Verify if a valid VIN is entered, a prompt is shown

  8. Select Yes to the prompt that states "Retrieve Unit Details with Vin Decoder?"

    1. Verify if a valid Unit is found, the Vin Data window is shown

    2. Verify the following details are shown (if available):

      1. VIN

      2. Manufacturer

      3. Vehicle Type

      4. Model Year

      5. Make

      6. Model

      7. Body Class

    3. Verify if Diesel Laptops information is found, a View Online button is shown

    4. Verify the prompt dialog has been updated

  9. Select the Import button

    1. Verify the available details are properly added to the Unit
