Access PTM Vision
-
Select O-Open Orders from the main menu

Select F2-New on the Work Order Tab

Select F2-New
-
Enter an Account Number and Tab button until the Units screen displays.

Highlight a Unit from the list. Select OK. Verify the Vin Number is visible or select F2 New to create a new Unit.

Enter a Unit Number and select OK

Enter a Vin Number in the Vin# field. Click the eyeglass icon to the right of the field.

Select Yes to retrieve Vin Decoder data. When Vin Data is returned, select Import. Select OK to Close and save the record.

From the Unit field, select Tab to load data.
