2. Select U. Utilities

3. Select L. Backup System

4. Select B. Complete Backup

5. Allow the backup to complete

6. Access the Branch subdirectory

   1. Verify we do have a backup of the Multi-Stores in each Branch where Multi-Stores exist

3. Line up on a Purchase order that is not locked and select F5. Delete

4. Select F6. Options/H. View and Import from Delpo/A. Would you like to view deleted Purchase orders?

   1. Verify the User that delete the Purchase order has been logged correctly

3. Select F. Order Reports

4. Select B. Report by Date

5. Enter a Date Range and select Ok

6. Select U. Order type

7. Enter an the Order type needed for the report and select Ok

8. Select P. Preview

9. Select N. Profit Report

   1. Verify when the report is generated, the Profit Margin Percent does not include the Sales Tax/GST Tax
