APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Open Orders/Estimates

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Error occurring during estimate pricing of cores

1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select O. Open Orders

3. Select the Estimates tab

4. Select F2. New

5. Select A. Work Order

6. Enter Customer Account Number

7. In the Input field, enter an Inventory item with a Core charge

8. Enter 0 for the Core return

9. Once returned the order, line up on the Core item and enter a quantity of 0

10. Line up on the parent Inventory part and select F5. Delete

    1. Verify no error occurs and the parent Inventory part is removed from the order
