Access PTM Vision
-
Select P. Purchase Orders
-
Select F2. New PO
-
In the Input field, enter a Measured item
-
Edit the Cost of the Item
-
Select Okay to create Purchase Order
-
Select O to order the part
-
Select R to receive the part
-
Select F8 to process the PO
-
Select No to Print the Purchase Order
-
Verify no error occurs and the Update Cost window is shown
-
-
Select Yes to update the Cost in inventory
-
Select Yes on the Update Cost window
-
Exit Purchase Orders
-
Select I. Inventory
-
Locate the updated Measured item
-
Verify the Cost has been applied correctly and all pricing has been updated correctly
