  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select O-Open Orders

  3. Highlight an Open Order and select F6-Options

  4. Select A-Printing

  5. Select M-Print Authorization 

  6. Allow Cloud Credit Card terminal to time out

  7. A message displays the Signature Collection Failed, would you like to try again.  Select Yes to retry or No to cancel

  8. Selecting Yes initiates a retry

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Following an Inventory item search that fails to find any parts, an error is occurring when an additional search is done for a part using only 2 letters

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select the Sales Order tab

  4. Open and existing order or create a new order

  5. In the Input field, enter a 3-letter Search and press Enter

  6. Once the Search results are shown, select the Esc key on the keyboard

  7. In the Input field, enter a 2-letter Search and press Enter

    1. Verify the Search results are shown and no error occurs

  1. Access PhaseZero website

  2. Create an Order using a Ship-To address with an Ampersand in the Address field

  3. Submit the Order

  4. Access PTM Vision

  5. Select the External Actions Button

  6. Select the Orders button

  7. Select F6. Process

  8. Exit the External Actions window

  9. Select O. Open Orders

  10. Select the Sales order tab (If order was NOT Paid online) or Select the Network tab (If order was Paid online)

  11. Open the order

  12. Select the Ship-to button

    1. Verify the Address has been populated correctly

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select I. Inventory

  3. Select F10. Search and select an Inventory item

  4. Select F4. Edit

  5. In Bin Location 1, enter an entry that contains a single quote

  6. Select F4. Edit

  7. Access the Decisiv Website

  8. Login into the Website

  9. Search for the Inventory item edited in Vision

    1. Verify the Pricing is correct
