Select the Sales Order tab

Open and existing order or create a new order

In the Input field, enter a 3-letter Search and press Enter

Once the Search results are shown, select the Esc key on the keyboard

In the Input field, enter a 2-letter Search and press Enter

Verify the Search results are shown and no error occurs

Create an Order using a Ship-To address with an Ampersand in the Address field

Submit the Order

Access PTM Vision

Select the External Actions Button

Select the Sales order tab (If order was NOT Paid online) or Select the Network tab (If order was Paid online)
