PROBLEM SUMMARY:  PlussPay - Customer - Token a Credit Card and adding periods in State and Zip fields error on Token Update

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select C-Customer

  3. Select F6-CCard

  4. Highlight the Card to Update and select F4-Edit

  5. Update the Country field with a period.  

  6. Select F4-Update 

  7. A new window displays with Please enter a Country Code.  US for United States; CA for Canada; MX for Mexico.  Enter the Country Code and select OK

  8. The token updates and the Country code saves in the Country field.

Bug 22002 - Customer File/Price Matrix: Updates to the Price Matrix Functionality

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Updates to the Price Matrix Functionality

***Note: Changes have been made to the way PTM Vision adds/edits Price Matrix records; no functional changes have been made to Price Matrixing****

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select C. Customer File

  3. Select F10. Search and select a Customer

  4. Select F11. PMatrix

  5. Select F2. New

    1. Verify the Create New Price Matrix window is shown

  6. Enter the following information, where applicable

    1. Line Part Number: A full line and or part number can be entered (use [F10] search). Use ??? if the pricing matrix is to apply to ALL Lines of parts

    2. PLevel: Plevel will use the system wide pricing (L)ist, (R)etail, (F)leet, (W)holesale or (C)ost. Also used are (M) Margin on non stocking, (Q) Quoted price or a special feature (D)iscount by Volume.

    3. Price: The amount will give the customer the price level specified with a discount or charge depending on whether the amount is a positive or a negative. Positive 5 with a (C)ost level will give the Customer Cost pricing plus 5 percent.

    4. Over: Indicating a quantity allows a special contracted quoted price based on quantity.

    5. Price 2: The amount here will apply to the item(s) once the Quantity Over has been reached on one sale. 

    6. Note: To place a note on the sale ticket for the customer (such as factory rebates)

    7. Desc: To further distinguish which part(s) to be set at the special pricing

    8. Class: Class Code is used to break down a line of parts into specific classification. This allows a user to give a customer a discount not just on the line but a class within the line

    9. Sls/wo: S or W is used to designate if the special pricing is only available on Sales orders (S) or Workorders (W), if pricing is available in either area leave this column blank 

    10. List Price: to set the list price margin for printing on customers order (only useful if List Price is printed on customer's copy)

    11. Can Expire: If an expiration date is set, use the Y in the Can Expire field to activate the Expiration Date

    12. Exp Date: Expiration Date

  7. Select Ok to save the new Price Matrix

    1. Verify the Price Matrix has been saved and all values have been transferred to the grid properly

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select C. Customer File

  3. Select F7. Print

  4. Select F. View Electronic Documents

  5. Line up on a document

  6. Select E. Email/Fax

    1. Take note of the Subject line

  7. Select the Send button

  8. Once the Email is sent, select a different Customer

  9. Select F12. Credit and add a Credit for a positive amount

  10. Select Yes to build the Credit Record

  11. Select Yes to print the receipt

  12. Select OK to the Options window

  13. Once the Print preview is shown, select the Mail button

    1. Verify the Subject line is correct and has not been transferred from the last email that was sent

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select A. Accounting System

  3. Select C. Check Register

  4. Select a Checking Account from the List

  5. Right-Click on each of the following Column Headers to verify the filter functionality is working correctly

    1. Sum: Summary; a box or check symbol indicates this is a check with Payable invoices attached.

    2. GL: The Bank or General Ledger Account that was affected by the transaction

    3. Transtype: Type of Transaction: C=Check, D=Deposit, A=Adjustment

    4. Payee/Deposit: Payee Name, Deposit Detail, Adjustment Description

    5. Date: Date of Transaction

    6. Check: Check Number, Deposit Number, Adjustment Number or General Ledger Number for Bank Account Transfers

    7. Debit: Debit (increase) to bank account balance

    8. Credit: Credit (decrease) to bank account balance

    9. Total: Running Balance of Total

    10. Reconcile: Reconciled Deposits or Checks will show an R in this column

    11. GL_0: Main distribution of record (Bank Account)

    12. GL_1: First offsetting General Ledger Account of record

    13. GL_2: Second offsetting General Ledger Account of record

    14. GL_3: Third offsetting General Ledger Account of record

    15. Rec: Gls General Ledger Number record was reconciled under

    16. Detail: Detail on the transaction

    17. Reference: Reference of the transaction
