The token updates and the Country code saves in the Country field.

Select C. Customer File

Select F10. Search and select a Customer

Select F11. PMatrix

Select F2. New
-
Verify the Create New Price Matrix window is shown

Enter the following information, where applicable
-
Line Part Number: A full line and or part number can be entered (use [F10] search). Use ??? if the pricing matrix is to apply to ALL Lines of parts

PLevel: Plevel will use the system wide pricing (L)ist, (R)etail, (F)leet, (W)holesale or (C)ost. Also used are (M) Margin on non stocking, (Q) Quoted price or a special feature (D)iscount by Volume.

Price: The amount will give the customer the price level specified with a discount or charge depending on whether the amount is a positive or a negative. Positive 5 with a (C)ost level will give the Customer Cost pricing plus 5 percent.

Over: Indicating a quantity allows a special contracted quoted price based on quantity.
-
Price 2: The amount here will apply to the item(s) once the Quantity Over has been reached on one sale.
-
Note: To place a note on the sale ticket for the customer (such as factory rebates)
-
Desc: To further distinguish which part(s) to be set at the special pricing
-
Class: Class Code is used to break down a line of parts into specific classification. This allows a user to give a customer a discount not just on the line but a class within the line
-
Sls/wo: S or W is used to designate if the special pricing is only available on Sales orders (S) or Workorders (W), if pricing is available in either area leave this column blank

List Price: to set the list price margin for printing on customers order (only useful if List Price is printed on customer's copy)

Can Expire: If an expiration date is set, use the Y in the Can Expire field to activate the Expiration Date

Exp Date: Expiration Date

Select Ok to save the new Price Matrix

Verify the Price Matrix has been saved and all values have been transferred to the grid properly
