DESCRIPTION: 

Bug 21425 - Plusspay : Cancelling a CC payment in time will still be successful on MerchantTrack

APPLICATION: PTM Vision 

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Plusspay : Cancelling a CC payment in time will still be successful on MerchantTrack

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select O-Open Orders

  3. Select F2-New

  4. Enter an Account Number that has a Credit Card Token attached

  5. Add Parts and or Labor in Input field

  6. Select Alt-F7

  7. Select Yes to Use Token on File

  8. Wait 1 second and select Cancel on the Payment Processing screen

  9. Select Yes to the Cancel Transaction message

  10. Select Yes in the Attempt to Reverse Transaction message

  11. Select OK to Check MerchatTrack message

  12. Select No to the Failed to Process message to keep the Order Open

  13. Select Services

  14. Select Pluss Payments

  15. Select Manage Account Online 

  16. Select Transaction Search on Merchant Track

  17. Enter the Order Number from the above Order in the Invoice Number field

  18. Status of the payment should display Void

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select O-Open Orders

  3. Select F2-New

  4. Enter an Account Number

  5. Select Alt-I Input 

  6. Add Parts and Labor

  7. Select Alt-F7-Print Bill/Close

  8. Select C-Pay by Credit Card

  9. Enter Credit Card Info/Swipe Card

  10. If the system does not receive a Response, another request for the Response will occur.  

  11. Success Message displays
