PROBLEM SUMMARY:  PlussPay:  Invalid Zip Code in Response due to Incomplete Address in Request

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O - Open Orders

  3. Select F2 - New

  4. Enter 208 for the Account Number, select Tab

  5. Update Name 

  6. Select Yes to message to Update Account information for 208

  7. Enter a period in the Address, City, State, and Zip fields

  8. Select Alt-I - Input

  9. Enter Parts and Labor

  10. Select Alt-P - Print Bill/Close

  11. Select C - Pay by Credit Card

  12. Select the device and swipe the card - Success Message should display
