PROBLEM SUMMARY:  When selecting Reporting/Data Validation/Compare Closed Transactions, as error occurs

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select P. Purchase Orders

  3. Select Reporting/Data Validation/Compare Close/Transactions

  4. Select Yes to the dialog that states 'This utility will attempt to repair errors in purchase orders that occurred. Continue?"

  5. Select Ok to date range chooser

    1. Verify no error occurs

  6. Select Yes to the dialog that states "Processing complete. Preview report?"

    1. Verify the report is shown

  7. Exit the report

    1. Verify the Purchase Orders window is back in focus

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select the Work Orders

  4. Select F2. New Order

  5. Enter Customer Account Number

  6. In the Input field, enter an Inventory item/Labor op

  7. Select F6. Options

  8. Select C. Deposit Utility

  9. Select A. Create Deposit

  10. Enter a Memo and an amount and select Ok to add

  11. Select No to Print, if promoted

  12. Select Alt+F7. Print Bill and Close

    1. Verify in the Closing process, the WO--> deposit text in the upper left corner of the open order is not shown
