Access PTM Vision
-
Select O. Open Orders
-
Select the Sales Order tab
-
Select F2. New Order
-
Enter Customer Account Number
-
In the Input field, enter a Labor operation with Hours
-
Select F12. Subkit
-
Select B. Create Copay Warranty Order Item
-
Select the Warranty Customer (Vendor) and select Ok to create the Inhouse order
-
Select F12. Subkit to return to the Original Sales order
-
Select Alt+F7. Print Bill and Close
-
Select No to the prompt that states "You have Inhouse orders attached. Would you close them and pull the parts?"
-
Access the Inhouse order
-
Select Alt+F7. Print Bill and Close

Verify the Inhouse order is successfully closed
