Access PTM Vision

Select O. Open Orders
-
Select F10. Search History
-
In the 'Search by Customer Name' field, type in a Customer Name
-
Select the Search arrow on the 'Search by Customer Name' field
-
Press enter to select the Customer
-
Press enter to access the 'Search by Unit #' field
-
Select F10. Search
-
Type in a Unit# for the Customer and press Enter twice to add the unit to the Search
-
Press Enter on the keyboard to reach the Ok button
-
Verify the search populates the correct list for Customer/Unit

-
Press Esc key on the keyboard to leave the Search
-
Repeat steps 3-9, using only the keyboard to populate the same list again

Verify the search populates the correct list for Customer/Unit

Select the Invoices tab

Locate the Payment that was edited
