 Option 1):

At some time when you are not very busy, get everyone out of Vision.  After that is done, go to your server and do a restart of the system. If you are on the main machine, than you don’t have to go anywhere and just do a reboot.   After a few minutes everyone should be able to log back in.

Option 2):

On the main machine do the following steps:

1 - Go to the start menu and type "Services.msc" in the search box area. (Screenshot below)

2 - Click to open the services.msc menu

3 - While within the services box, scroll down to the VisionOffsite service. If this service is not listed as (running or started) please start this service. Highlight the service by clicking on it, and over in the top left you should see “Start the service.” In the screenshot the service is already running so there is no option to start the service. (See screenshot below).

4 - Once this service is listed as running or started the backups should be able to complete on their own power.

5 - If you don't see a service called "Vision Offsite" there is a high chance you are not on the server machine where offsite is installed.
