APPLICATION: PTM Vision

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Pluss Pay - If Level 2 data is on and the Customer Postal Code is not US, all Card transactions fail

1. Access PTM Vision 

2. Select Services from File Menu

3. Select Features

4. Select Integrations

5. Select Payment Processing

6. Select Pluss Payments

7. Select Configure Payment Processing - Verify Include Taxes is checked, select OK to Save 

8. Select O - Open Orders 

9. Select the Down Arrow on Account, Search for a Non-US Postal Code (4J5 T8R)

10. Add Parts and or Labor in the Input field

11. Select ALT+F7 - Print Bill/Close

12. Select C - Pay by Credit Card 

13. Run the Card using a Token, Cloud, or Encrypted device (Web Hosted does not processes Level 2 Data) - Success Message displays
