1. Access PTM Vision 

2. Select C - Customer 

3. Select F8 - AR

4. Select P - Paid

5. Highlight the payment to refund

6. Select Ctrl-R

7. Select A Refund Credit Card

8. Update the amount to refund, decreasing from the total amount displayed

9. Select OK to process - Success message
