Access the Quickbooks Desktop Application
-
Open the Customer List
-
Select a Customer that exists both in Quickbooks and PTM Vision
-
Update the Customer Name and/or Company Name
-
Select Ok to save the changes
-
Access PTM Vision
-
Select C. Customer File
-
Select F10. Search
-
Enter the Customer name that was updated in Quickbooks
-
Verify the Customer in Vision has been updated and a duplicate Customer file has not been created
