PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Customer File - Last digit of Shipping Zip is cut off if the Zip is using the extended format (XXXXX-XXXX)

1. Access PTM Vision 

2. Select C - Customer Account

3. Select F4 - Update the Zip code from 5 digits to a Zip +4 with a hyphen, Select F4 - Update again to save changes

4. Select O - Open Orders

5. Enter the Account Number of the Customer just updated

6. Add Parts and/or Labor in the Input section

7. Select Ctrl-F7 Print/Bill Close

8. Select C - Pay by Credit Card.  Success Message

9. Fullsteam processed the Zip+4 with the Hyphen
