Access Vision

Select P. Purchase Orders
-
Select F2. New PO
-
Select F10. Search
-
Do not enter any search criteria and select OK to show full search results
-
Esc out of the Search and then using the drop down arrow open the search again and select Ok to open the Search results

While still in the Search, select F10 to open the search input again
-
Do not enter any search criteria and select OK to show full search results
-
Verify the Search window does not go behind the Inventory window

Select I. Inventory

Select O. Open Orders

Select F10. Search

Select an Inventory item with a Fee

Select the Fees button

Select F4. Edit on an existing Fee

Select the Part Number Search dropdown

Do not enter any search criteria and select OK to show full search results.

Verify the Search window does not go behind the Inventory window

Access PTM Vision

Select O. Open Orders
-
Select the Work Orders tab
-
Enter a Cost Customer account
-
Verify the Terms are set correctly on the order to match the Customer terms of Cost
-
i.e. CASHJOB/CHGJOB
-

In the Input field, enter an Inventory item with quantity in stock
-
Verify the Price of the item is set to Cost
-
-
Select F8. Amend and change the Customer account to a Retail customer
-
Select Yes to the dialog that states "Would you like to change order from XXX XXXXX to XXXX XXXXX?"
-
Select Yes to the dialog that states "A Customer change occurred, would you like to reprice all items?"
-
Select Yes to the dialog that states "Reprice Labor as well?", if an LOP exists on the order; Otherwise select No to the dialog
-
Verify when returned to the order, the pricing has been updated accordingly
