there are two ways to report on slow selling inventory items.

Inventory Movement Report

Reporting System

O. Sales Journal Reports

L. Transaction Activity Detail

Once the default Transaction By Reference report appears change the Report to say Inventory Movement, set the date range and set the Moved option to No, set the Stock option to Yes
Select Refresh to view the Inventory Movement report

This report will display sorted and subtotaled by Supplier to assist in creating return Purchase Orders for dead stock.

Inventory not Sold in X Days

Reporting System

A. Inventory

the next screen prompts for format choices select one of the following:

A, B, U, V, Y

(option Y does show the last sold date and enter date)

O. Other Options Menu

J. Not Sold in How Many Days

enter the number of days not sold -- leave the options unchecked unless needing to exclude newly purchased and entered items

P. Preview

NOTE:  this particular reporting area can have multiple filters used to report only particular item such as option J. Supplier Code or 1. Inventory Category before selecting the preview option
