Select O. Open Orders

Select the Work Orders tab

Select F2. New
-
Enter Customer account number
-
In the input field, enter an On the fly labor op
-
i.e. FIX THE HEADLIGHTS

Press enter twice on the keyboard

Select Yes to separate into jobs
-
Add a couple hours to the job
-
Select Alt+F7. Print Bill and Close
-
Select F2. New again and create another order for the same customer
-
Once at the Input field, select Ctrl+H

Select Yes to limit to customer

Select Ok on the next popup

Locate the Labor operation just sold and select F11. Return

Verify the Labor operation is placed onto the return invoice correctly
