DESCRIPTION: 

Bug 19224 - Open Orders: When returning an On the Fly Labor operation using Ctrl+H, we end up with an incorrect prompt causing the return to triplicate on the order

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  When returning an On the Fly Labor operation using Ctrl+H, we end up with an incorrect prompt causing the return to triplicate on the order

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select the Work Orders tab

  4. Select F2. New

  5. Enter Customer account number

  6. In the input field, enter an On the fly labor op

    1. i.e. FIX THE HEADLIGHTS

  7. Press enter twice on the keyboard

  8. Select Yes to separate into jobs

  9. Add a couple hours to the job

  10. Select Alt+F7. Print Bill and Close

  11. Select F2. New again and create another order for the same customer

  12. Once at the Input field, select Ctrl+H

  13. Select Yes to limit to customer

  14. Select Ok on the next popup

  15. Locate the Labor operation just sold and select F11. Return

    1. Verify the Labor operation is placed onto the return invoice correctly

  4. Select F7. Print

  5. Select A. Print Current PO#

  6. In the Purchase order Print Options window, enter a name in the Wrtby, Delivery Date, and a note in the Special Instructions text field

  7. Select Esc on the keyboard

    1. Verify the PO print is cancelled and no details on other Purchase orders have changed

    4. Verify selecting the Red X after the Minimized button has been selected, closes the window

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Techs logging into WOs, not LOPs, LOP isn't being created on the work order, time records exist

***Testing required only if Tech’s login directly to a Work Order and not a Labor Operation***

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders (Shift + F1)

  3. Select the Work Orders tab

  4. Select F2. New Order

  5. Enter Customer account number

  6. Enter a Unit

  7. Exit the Open Order

  8. Access File/Time Clock

  9. Select a Tech from the list

  10. Select the Work Order created in the steps above

  11. Select Yes to login to Work Order

  12. Once the Tech is logged in, select the Logout button

  13. Enter a Service Description

  14. Select the Close/Save button

  15. Close the Time Clock

  16. Select O. Open Orders (Shift + F1)

  17. Open the Work order to which the Time record was added

    1. Verify the Time record has been added correctly
