APPLICATION: PTM Vision/IIF Import

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Mapping Issue on IIF Import file

1. Load an IIF Import file to C:/Vision/IIFImports/ for ACE Truck

2. Delete the IIFImport.dbf file in C:/Vision

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select A Accounting

3. Select E Adjustment Journal

4. Select Ctrl R and enter Delete All, quit

5. The screen entries should be removed

6. Select U Utilities

7. Select I Q-Books Import

8. Select J Payroll Import

9. Select B IIF GL Setup

10. Verify Direct Labor is mapped to 660 direct labor

11. Direct labor is mapping to 660

12. Select U I J A to run the Import file

13. Select A Accounting, D chart of Accounts
