1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select Services/Transfer Options/IBS/Review Last Report

   1. Verify the report is shown

   2. Verify the report is for the correct data

APPLICATION: PTM Vision/IBS Export/ IBS Setup

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  IBS Export: Need to be able to use Branch dept or Branch ID when exporting

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select Services/Transfer Options/IBS/Setup

3. Enter in a Dealer, Server, Port, Username, Password, Charge %, and the Limit exports to Current Branch

   1. New Setup Options

      1. Branch id to limit

         1. Empty = all branches

         2. 0 = Main branch or empty

         3. Any other code limits to specific branch

      2. Department code to limit

         1. Empty = all departments

         2. 0 = main or empty

         3. Any other letter limits to that letter only

      3. Can be used in combination.

         1. Example:  1+B = only b department records from branch 1

4. Select Ok to save IBS Setup
