APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Open Orders/Sales Orders

PROBLEM SUMMARY: We are not charging a CC-Fee on Sales orders if a Customer/Inventory item is set to Nontaxable and Feature 5,45 is on

***Prior to testing, verify Features 5,45 and 5,46 are both active, 1,36 is active, and 14,5 has a Percentage value to charge for the CC-Fee***

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select O. Open Orders

3. Select the Sales Order tab

4. Select F2. New Order

5. Enter a taxable customer account

6. Set the Order Terms to Cash-CC

7. In the Input field, enter a taxable part number

   1. Verify a CC-Fee is shown

8. F4. Edit on the Inventory item and change the Tax to N

   1. Verify the CC-Fee shown has not changed from its original value

9. Exit the open order and access Features

   1. Turn off Feature 5,45 and select Ok to exit Features

10. Return to the order and open it

    1. Verify the CC-Fee is still shown and the value has only been affected by the change in feature 5,45

• 5,45: Credit Card Fee - Charge Fee on Total Including Sales Tax

• 5,46: Credit Card Fee - Do Not Charge Sales Tax on Credit Card Fee

• 1,36: Charge the Credit Card fees to the Customer on Cash-CC

• 14,5: Credit Card Fee % to Automatically Charge on Credit Card Sales
