PROBLEM SUMMARY:   Prompt for what to do when we try to close a WO with a back order is no longer being shown

1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select O. Open Orders (Shift + F1)

3. Select the Work Orders tab

4. Select F2. New Order

5. Enter Customer account number

6. In the Input field, enter a Non-Inventory part or a Stocking part with no in stock quantity

7. Select Yes to back order the Inventory part

8. Select Alt+F7. Print bill and close

9. Select Ok to the dialog that states "CAUTION BACKORDERS EXIST ON THIS ORDER!"

   1. Verify a prompt is shown to allow the user to choose what to do with the back order existing on the order

10. Choose Selection needed for Order

    1. A. Convert to 'Stock" - Convert current open back order to stock

B. Convert to New Work order- Convert to a New work order with the Customer and any parts still on backorder

C. Esc. Exit - Close order with open back orders

• 4,21 disabled - This feature creates a New Order automatically when an order is closed and a back order exists

• 3,20 enabled/disabled: This feature forces the user to choose what to do when a back order exists and the order is closed, if enable; if disabled, the prompt is still shown, but the user can bypass the prompt and close the order with back orders
