Access PTM Vision
Select P. Purchase Orders
Select F9. Low Qty Report
Delete the Supplier field, if a Vendor code is present and select Ok to propagate the report
Select X. Current Inventory
Select an Inventory part on the report and edit the Qty2Ord field
1. Verify the value is not changed when the focus is changed to a different field on the report
Select F8. Process
Select Exit Esc button to leave the report
Select P. Purchase Orders
Locate the Purchase order created from the Low Qty report
1. Verify the edited value is what has been ordered on the Purchase order and not the initial value calculated when the report was generated
