PROBLEM SUMMARY: When a Vendor exists in both Vision and Quickbooks that are lower case, the QBDI thinks the Vendor is linked together, but when we send a Bill, an error occurs

Access PTM Vision
Select V. Vendors
Select F2. New vendor
Enter a Vendor code in lower case
ie. lar
Enter in a Vendor name all lower case
ie. Larry's Garage
Do not add any other info, and select F4. Edit
Access the Quickbooks Desktop Application
Select Vendors
Select Add new Vendor
In the Company name, enter Larry's Garage in lower case
In the Name field, enter Larry's Garage in lower case
Do not enter any other info and select Ok to add to QB
Turn on the Quickbooks Desktop Integration Overview to start the data sync
Verify no errors occur when the Vendor sync occurs

Access PTM Vision
Select P. Purchase Orders
Select F2. New PO
Enter in a Part number
Select a Quantity
Enter in the newly created Vendor
Select Ok to create the PO
Select O to order the part
Select R to receive the part
Select F8 to process the PO
Exit Purchase Order
Return to the QBDI
Verify no errors occur when the Bill is sent to Quickbooks

Select P. Setup City-State-Zipcodes/Workorder Dept.
Select B. Work Department and Status
Create Work order categories
IMPORTANT: Categories not already in Quickbooks are created when the Invoice is synced
Select Exit
Select X. Esc Exit
Select Yes to the dialog that states "Would you like to save all changes?"

Select F2. New Order
Select a Category from the dropdown
Enter Customer account number
In the Input field, enter a Labor operation
In the Input field, enter a Part
Select Alt+F7. Print Bill and Close
Select Yes to the dialog that states “Are you sure you want to Print and Bill this Order?”
Access the Quickbooks Desktop Application
Select List/Class
Verify the Category has been added to the Class list
Select Customers
Verify the Invoice created has each Labor Op/Part set to the correct Class

Verify the Payment has not been sent since it had no value
Verify the Invoice is sent

Enter Customer address information

Select Alt +F7. Print bill and Close
Verify a dialog is shown that states "This Customer does not exist in PTM Vision. The Quickbooks integration requires that you use an existing customer or the "2 - " Cash Sale Customer"
Verify the order cannot be closed without changing the customer
