APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Branching

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Branch Syncing: There is an issue with syncing customer files through transactions

***Testing only required if using Branching within PTM Vision; Otherwise, no testing is required***

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

1. Access PTM Vision from the Branch

2. Access the Customer file

3. Select F2. New

4. Enter Customer Account information

5. Select F4. Edit to save Customer details

6. Exit the Customer file

7. Access PTM Vision from the Main store

8. Select C. Customer file

9. Select F10. Search and enter the Customer name that was created in the Branch

   1. Verify the Customer details have been synced to the Main

   2. Note: Depending on what is set in Feature 1,83 determines what Customer data is synced from the Branch to the Main
