Access PTM Vision
-
Select O. Open Orders (Shift + F1)
-
Select F11. View Open/Closed
-
Locate a Work order from a previous year
-
Select F6. Options/C. Convert
-
Select Yes to the warning dialog
-
Change the To Order Type to E and select Ok
-
If prompted, move the EDM docs with the order
-
Verify no error occurs on convert
