DESCRIPTION: 

IIFIMPORT: Multiple checking/saving adjustments in an import

 

APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Quick books import/IIF payroll import

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  IIF import overwriting employee distributions when more then one is sent to the same checking account

**Setup an IIF file that has two employee distributions to the same checking account to import

 

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select U. Utility

  3. Select I. Q-Books-Excel Import/Export

  4. Select J. Payroll Import Options

  5. Select B. IIF GI Map Setup

  6. Map the IIF accounts

  7. Select A. Generic IIF Import

    1. Verify the File imports without errors

  8. Select A. Accounting System

  9. Select E. Adjustment Journal

  10. Locate the account that has the two distributions

    1. Verify both distributions are visible
