APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Open Orders

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Address 2 field duplicating on the A copy and B copy order forms

**Need to have a Customer setup with at least one Ship-To address in the Customer file

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select O. Open orders

3. Select the Work orders tab

4. Select F2. New

5. Enter in Customer account information

   1. Note: May want to use a customer with multiple Ship-to addresses for testing

6. Select the SH-2 button

7. Select F6. ShipList

8. Line up on an address from the list and select F8. Select

9. Select Ok to add the Ship to address to the order

10. In the input field, enter a part number with in stock quantity

11. Select Ctrl+F7 to print the WO B. Copy

    1. Verify the Ship-to address looks correct and that the Address1 field has not been repeated in the Address2 field

12. Exit the B copy

13. Select Alt+F7 to Print bill and Close the Work order

    1. Verify the Ship-to address looks correct and that the Address1 field has not been repeated in the Address2 field
