APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Open Orders

PROBLEM SUMMARY:   When using the History search from Open orders we are not pulling any results when trying to search by Customer, Unit#, and the LAB code

**Must have a Customer with Unit’s setup in the system; If not using Units, no testing is required

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select O. Open Orders

3. Select F10. Search History

4. Enter a Customer Name

   1. NOTE: Must have Units

5. Enter a Unit Number

6. In the Item Search field, enter LAB

7. Select the Ok button to start the search

   1. Verify the correct results are shown for the Customer/Unit#/LAB code entered
