Overview: Within PTM Vision under Commerce Site - Specials, is the area that allows you to apply specials for Inventory Items or high lights products you want to have shown on your Dashboard page when customers first log into your website.

New Special

To produce a new special follow these steps.

Step 1:

F2/New Button

Step 4:

Click line/part and select Part to add

 

Step 5:

Adjust date of part being live (Start and End Date)

Once the part is past the END date it will be removed from the Dashboard Page.

 

Step 6:

Special QTY = Amount allocated of potential amount to sell.

QTY Sold = Amount to sell before it is removed.

Price/% = value amount set from the Type drop down [Example: If P is selected from the type drop down and you put 15 in this field, 15% will be removed from the price of the Inventory Item.]

Type:

A = Amount Off 

C = Set Price Off

P = Percent Off

 

Step 7:

Press "OK" to save Special. If something is not fully finalized a warning box of aborting sale will appear for user. Special will not be saved during this case.
