DESCRIPTION: 

Open Orders: Archived orders from a branch with fees err when opening

APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Open Orders

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Users who force archive orders, use branching, and are utilizing the new Fee system where erring when trying to access an archived order with fees.

**NOTE: If not forcing archiving of orders and using branching, no testing is required.

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

1. Access Vision.

2. Select O. Open orders.

3. Locate an order that has been archived, is from a branch, and has a fee attached.

   1. Verify when the order is opened no error occurs.

   2. Verify the items, etc on the order are correct.
