To have the system automatically build your memorized monthly events they have to be memorized in the adjustment Journal. If this is done and the prompt to automatically build them at the start of a new month is answered as no, you can rebuild monthly events by following the following:

A- Accounting

I- Accounting Utilities

D- Build Monthly Events

This will create the items that are set up to build every month.
