If more than one record of the same unit exists in the same customer file the information can be combined into one by making sure the Unit Number and Vin number are exactly the same then delete the duplicate(s) out only keeping the one with the most detailed / accurate information.

Use [F4] edit to edit the Unit number and/or VIN Number if they are different to make sure all records and all history match the proper unit number and VIN number before deleting any of them.

Use [F6] and A. Unit History to make sure all history is combined before deleting any of them.
