Build the ship To Address list in Customer Files under [Ctrl/B] Build Shipping button.

To use the Ship To functions on the order you may need to change a feature to make it prompt for the Ship To or click on the Sh-2 button at the top of the Order to access the Ship To area.  

[F6] = to access the Ship To list setup for that customer

[F10] = to search all other customer files for a different account

or type in the ship to address

NOTE:  use [F6] and then [F2] to add a new ship to address to the customer's file
