Typically if coming from an outside accountant you will have multiple entries with a description. You can name the adjustments to match what the accountant has designated or just 1,2,3 etc. The memo box is usually used for the description.

Once all these entries are made go into the General Ledger. A-Accounting D-Chart of Accounts, Click on the "Check Distribution" Button in the lower right corner. Once that is clear you can then print your financial statements and compare to what was required.

To print financials you will still be in the Chart of Accounts area and F7 to print and A -Financial Statements selection.

Once this entries have the desired affect on the financials you are ready to bring balances forward into the current year.
