To enable Alternative Email Subject, you will need to have emailing/faxing module with the software to make use of this.

1) Go to [Services] than [Features]

2) Search for [5,19] in the search box and press enter. Click the [Square] and in the box type your new message, and press [OK].

3) This message will supersede and replace any subject that gets loaded into the email fields. This is a global setting for all users
