Selling Serialized Parts

Inventoried items set with the # Serial Memo and serial numbers on file will prompt the seller to select the serial numbers to sell.

Use the [F8] Tag to tag a serial number from the list – tag multiple serial numbers if selling more than one of the serialized parts.

Once the Serial Number is tagged use the [OK] button to leave the serial number list; the selected serial number(s) will show in the Note field on the item.

The Serial Number will print on the customers invoice directly below the part number.

Multiple Serial Numbers will be separated by a comma in the list.

If a Serial Number selected has a Special Cost or Special Sale attached the system will prompt to use the Special pricing.
