This feature on the Inventory Search is only used at Point of Sale on a Salesorder, Workorder, Inhouse Order or Estimates.  In the Order bring up the [F10] Inventory search;

overview:  Line up on the item and select T to tag that item, notice the > character marking that item as tagged;  to bring another item you can use Grid Search or use [F3] search to line up on another part and Tag that part...    Tag as many items in the search as desired, on last item searched line up on it and do not use the T to Tag just press Enter to Select it.  Each item tagged and the last item highlighted will drop onto the Order for sale with a quantity of one.  This an easy way of getting a list of parts onto an order for sale.

NOTE:  if the item has a Core value or related charges the system will prompt for the qty to sell, if the item has an interchange it will prompt when Tagged for which item, if the item has no selling prices or no description the system will prompt for those details, also if the system is setup to NOT sell below zero an there are none in stock the system will prompt for backorder qty on the item.
