The Setting Labor Rate option will allow you to modify the hourly rate on a group of Labor Codes or ALL Labor Codes.  
CAUTION:  remember before making any mass changes make sure you have a backup of your data prior to any changes in case there is mistake or the changes do not end up to your liking.
Go to Inventory, select Labor to view the Labor screen and understand the options available.
