Access an order that is still open and press Ctrl+R on the Keyboard or select the button on the order above the Total.  This will show the profit margins of each line item on the order.  Showing the GL each is going to as well as cost, sale price, and net.

On a closed order this will open an actual report that shows each line item and all punch times for each labor line.  To access this report on an open order, press F7 and then S from the open order.
