An Error 1705 indicates a sharing violation. A file that you or another user is trying to access is opened exclusively somewhere else in the program. Alternately (and usually) it indicates that an index file is trying to be built, and the system cannot proceed until everyone exits vision.
If an error stating 1705 on it ever shows on your screen, the only way to access the file is to get every user out of Vision. Make sure all work stations are closed from Vision including Time Clock. Then get back into Vision and try again. This should be cleared up now.
