Customer File Missing

If a customer file has gone missing you can go into the customer log file to see whos work station has made these changes. To do this you will go to Customer File, at the top of the screen select the Options, Customer Utility and select the View Log.

 

To retrieve the information back you will need to enter in the customers information identical to what it use to be.
